Warranty Policy
- Unless otherwise stated, all products are new and come with a manufacturers warranty.
- The warranty is valid only in the contiguous US. Customers outside the US are responsible for shipping costs and duties.
- The warranty is for the original owner and is non-transferable. Extended warranties are available for separate purchase
- Warranty resolutions may include replacement parts, unit replacement, refunds or repairs.
- Missing parts or damages must be reported within seven days of delivery.
- We pay for standard shipping on warranty items. Customers are responsible for packaging the product to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in shipping.
- Warranty does not cover; damage from wear and tear, heavy use, tampering, modification, misuse, color variations, fading, staining, scratches or neglect from lack of maintenance.
