Great for the money Apr 06, 2010
By William E. Strack DO NOT let the price keep you from buying this table. I have been doing massage since 1989 and have used tables costing much more that were of no better quality than this. As usual, Amazon's shipping was fast. I got the within a week of placing the order and would have gotten it a day earlier, but missed the UPS guy by a few mintues. UPS problem, not Amazon (UPS wouldn't leave it without a signature).
The table was just as advertised with no vinyl like I hear of some tables. It was easy to set up.... just unsnap the luggage type latches with the table on it's side and pop it open and stand it up. I injured my left shoulder some time ago and have some strength lose, but have no problem lifting the table in the bag. If you are going to move it far or up and down stairs often, I would get a luggage carrier for it. (That also makes it easier to go through doors.) Being fairly short, I find the lowest setting perfect with an average to large person on it. The only thing I did not care for is that the face cradle could be designed a little better, but that is replaceable if desired. Most importantly, the table is very stable and comfortable.
All in all, it is at least as well built and as light as my last table and cost was way less.

Sturdy construction, easy to assemble; headrest breaks easily May 08, 2010
By Alexander Prikhojan This is my first massage table. We bought it as a stationary device, so the portability was not that important. However, it was nice to discover a wide strong shoulder strap on a high-quality bag, which also has a large pocket, suitable for sheets. Inside the bag is a table, which is soft and sturdy, even on the carpeted surface. It took me about 5 min to fully assemble it, half of the time spent on adjusting two straps of the arm-shelf. If I need to do it again, it shouldn't take more than 1 min altogether. I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend it without reservations. November 2010. An update. Headrest fell apart: apparently made out of cheap plastic. The rest is holding; no other problems.

functions well, sturdy Mar 12, 2010
By Anthony Lighter than I expected. Holds weight without any wobbling. Very sturdy. Came with all the parts advertised (head rest, arm rests, arm hammocks, 2 semi-circular supporters, carrying bag).

frustrating face cradle Aug 20, 2010
By Christina D Davis The face cradle is not as pictured, it is a sharp edged ply-wood "C" mounted on metal arms. The finish on the metal arms is uneven and "lumpy" on one arm and it wont fit into the hole at the end of the table. Once I was able to force it into place, I had to sit on the ground and brace the table with my feet in order to pull it back out. Also, the face cradle moves once positioned and tightened... and Ive yet to find a way to avoid this. It has one adjusting mechanism for two arms, and there is a lot of give once in place. The wood on the table is unfinished, not a big deal just letting you know what to expect. I would give it 4 1/2 stars if not for the face cradle. I cant even find a link on the order to contact the seller about this?

Not for heavy use Oct 25, 2010
By Tulip2000 I purchased this table for my acupuncture clinic because I liked the arm extensions. Unfortunately, within 5 weeks of the purchase, one of my heavier patients merely turned from supine to prone and we heard an immediate crack. Inspection revealed a 5 inch crack in the center of the frame. Amazon was great about taking back the item. Another note is that the padding is pretty meager, so I used extra padding. If you can invest another $100, I recommend going for something more sturdy and well padded.
