No, you do not get the display case. I actually thought that was a given because a quick glance shows there are way more than 22 bottles of polish in the picture. That case is good for a display but not very practical for storing nail polish, anyway. I keep my polish in a small basket and my daughter keeps hers in a shoe box - which brings us to the actual review of this product...
My daughter (11) specifically requested nail art polish for Christmas and I thought this fit the bill perfectly. She loves it! I tried the polish myself so I could give a review on the product quality, as well. The polish is well made; it goes on easily and the brush is perfect for painting designs on. The paint is not too thick nor too thin and was smoothly applied. It does not appear to chip any more or less than other polishes like Revlon or Avon (if you want long-lasting polish, go for Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear) and stayed on without chips for three days but would still probably be passable after 5 days. It was easily removed with Kroger-brand polish remover. This nail art is more for painting designs over top of your own polish - I used it both as a base in one color and a quick star design in another color just to see if it could work that way if one so chooses. Yep, not a problem.
Overall, this polish was exactly what my daughter wanted and of good quality. It was also well packaged in a small box, wrapped in four-bottle bundles of bubble wrap. No complaints here!

My teenager loves to do designs on her nails - write letters, draw flowers... and this collection was a hit. Every color for every design she might want and the high quality fine point brush allows for easy artwork. Although it isn't cheap, it is significantly less expensive than buying individually.

My daughter requested this item for Christmas. I am happy with the product but the nail polish just came in a box with bubble wrap, no case like in the picture. So I had to spend extra money to get her something to put the nail polish in. Just FYI.
