I've tried electric blankets and warming socks but nothing keeps my feet warm. My husband likes our bedroom temp about 64 degrees year round. Great for breathing but horrible for those of us who have cold feet and hands. I went to my massage therapist and they had a heating pad on the massage table. It was wonderful, toasty and relaxing. It was a sheepskin cover and I never felt any wiring. I decided I would but one for my bed at home.
I have used my pad for over a year now and loved it so much, I bought one for my Mom. I use mine every day. i turn it on before I go to bed so it is nice and toasty. Once I get in bed and my body and feet are warmed up. I turn the warming pad off and I am good for the rest of the night. I am ordering another one now for my uncle who has cancer and is always cold. I think this would be a perfect gift for older people and those who are having trouble with regulating their body heat.
It is about the size of a twin size bed and covers my side perfectly from head to toe, without affecting the coolness my husband wants on his side. Wonderful product and I totally endorse the product and give it a full 5 stars. The best money I've ever spent to stay warm. LOL. Best of all, my husband appreciates that he is no longer my foot warming device. In fact, he turns it on for me before I get in bed now.

The duel temp control is great. The table warms up very quickly and doesnt get too hot due to the overheat mechanism. Makes all the diference in the world. I dont have to keep the room as warm and can give massages in comfort for both me and the client.

I've been using this almost daily for 10 months, and my clients couldn't be happier (with the exception of a couple of women of a certain age who couldn't take the added heat). I've had no problems with it of any kind. The design is very simple. The control switch gives you the option of warm, nice & toasty, or off. Really, what else do you need? The fleece padding is comfortable and durable. And the elastic to hold the pad on the table is a big improvement over some others I've seen. This model has thick elastic bands that run the entire width of the table top and bottom, keeping the pad snug against the table so that it doesn't come off when you change the sheets and it doesn't shift when the client turns over. It's well worth the money. UPDATE (4/24/10): I stupidly set a take-out bag containing my lunch on top of my table, and it leaked and stained the pad. I now wish the pad had a detachable power cord so that I could throw it in the wash. Still an excellent product, though.

This is my first table warmer so I have nothing to compare it to but so far it is good. It has two setting, low and high. On low, I really don't feel any thing significant, but high works great.

I'm in the military and was away from my wife for sometime. With all the stress she had to deal while I was away, I came up with a great gift idea for her upon my return. So I bought her a robe, massage pillow, towels, lotion, sheets, and this warmer. My goal was to give her a very relaxing massage that would melt her stress away. I love keeping the house cold, so when I gave her a massage before, this would take away from the enjoyment. This warmer was the perfect touch! It has two setting, but with a comfortable sheet over the fleece and a top blanket, the low setting is great. If your back is sore, turn on high for 10-30 minutes and that feels great too. Great deal, great price for a full length warmer.
